Description

You will architect data solutions and advise customers on Snowflake implementation, lifecycle governance, and strategic roadmaps.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect data solutions and provide implementation recommendations through personal code contribution.
• Automate creation, deletion, and lifecycle governance policies for customer accounts in Snowflake.
• Extract business requirements from customers and translate them into well-architected recommendations.
• Oversee customer Snowflake platform implementation and provide forward-looking guidance and future state roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 8-11 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer.
• 8 years of technical consulting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technology: Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SQL, Python, Java, and/or Spark to build data solutions.
• Proficiency in implementing data security measures and access controls within Snowflake.
• Experience with Snowflake Data Sharing and Data Engineering in automation/governance.
• Understanding of the complete data analytics stack, from ETL to BI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing and operating Snowflake-centric solutions.
• Familiarity with industry common BI and ETL solutions.
