Description

Lead data architecture and implementation for Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Part-D data domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Business Implementation (NBI) and Maintenance of Benefits (MOB) cases daily.
• Manage defect resolution by coordinating war room calls with clinical, pharmacy, network pricing, and testing teams.
• Engage PBM stakeholders to drive Medicaid, Commercial, and Exchange plan implementations.
• Analyze production correction issues and present Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with improvement action plans.
• Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) and issue reports to track project progress.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Data Architecture within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector.
• Direct experience working with PBMs such as Express Scripts, Caremark, OptumRx, MedImpact, Prime Therapeutics, or similar.
• Expertise in Data Engineering and Data Management.
• Experience in Cloud Data Management.
• Ability to manage multi-vendor onshore and offshore teams.
• Experience leading daily scrum and operations calls with client stakeholders.
• Background in implementing Medicaid, Commercial, and Exchange plans.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
• 1 year of experience in the field.
