Description

Lead data architecture and migration projects for SAP and non-SAP sources on Azure. Manage a team of three while maintaining a hands-on approach to design and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration and integration from SAP (Finance, Supply Chain, Material Management) to Azure.
• Design data flows for Product Master, Customer Master, and Pricing data.
• Manage all aspects of data architecture with a 100% hands-on approach.
• Oversee a team of three and coordinate with offshore resources.

Required Skills

• 14 to 16 years of total experience.
• At least 3 years in an architect role.
• Expertise in Databricks and PySpark.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Azure environments.
• Experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading offshore-based teams.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, including observability and security.
• Retail domain experience involving SAP module migration.
