You will design and implement scalable, data-heavy enterprise architectures and lead data engineering tracks for greenfield solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data tracks for greenfield solutions, building data sourcing and integration from scratch.
• Establish data and system integration best practices while managing IT risk and technical debt.
• Guide data analysts and engineers in delivering self-serve solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Integrate enterprise data providers using batch or on-demand processes.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Infrastructure, and Operations partners to ensure secure and stable data architectures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Architect working on scalable enterprise applications.
• 7+ years of experience in data modeling, metadata management, data governance, lineage, and data dictionary creation.
• 7+ years of experience with MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Teradata, Apache Spark, and Liquibase.
• 7+ years of experience with REST API, Apigee, Kafka, and JSON for data topic consumption and production.
• 7+ years of back-end and ETL experience for enterprise data integration.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions including BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Talend Cloud, Openshift Data Foundation (ODF), and Openshift Data Access (ODA).
• 5+ years of experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx, Talend, Xceptor, Apache Camel, and Kafka Streams.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Reporting using PowerBI, SAS Viya, and Tableau.
• 5+ years of proficiency in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting.
• 4+ years of experience with data virtualization using Dremo, BigQuery Omni, or Redhat Virtualization.
• 3+ years of experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• 3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift containers.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud Providers including GCP, Azure, and Openshift (OCP).
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Harness, UCD, GitHub, Maven, and Gradle.
• 3+ years of experience with DevSecOps tools including SonarQube, GitLab, Checkmarx, and Black Duck.
• 3+ years of experience with logging and monitoring tools such as ELK Stack, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
• 3+ years of experience with testing frameworks including Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, JUnit, JMeter, RestAssured, and Postman.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile environments using Scrum/Kanban with Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
