Description

You will design and implement enterprise-scale data architectures and dimensional models to support financial and operational reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect dimensional data models across OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle EBS, HCM, and Workbrain systems.
• Design and optimize fact and dimension tables, data marts, and calculated metrics within Azure Data Lake.
• Lead ETL/ELT strategy to integrate historical and current data sources with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Implement data security controls including encryption, RBAC policies, and privacy standards.
• Drive metadata-driven processes and data marts to enable self-service analytics and Power BI reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or modeling.
• Expertise in dimensional data modeling and data lake architecture.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream, Hyperion, and Oracle EBS.
• Proficiency with Azure Data Lake and Power BI.
• Strong SQL and Python scripting skills for ETL/ELT development.
• Knowledge of HCM and Workbrain systems.
• Experience with metadata management, data governance, and lineage tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to implement data security, encryption, and compliance controls.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
