Description

You will architect and build scalable data structures from ingestion to visualization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and code data structures using Snowflake, dbt, and modern BI tools.
• Implement data platform best practices to ensure maintainability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Design and maintain data security access controls.
• Develop SQL, HTML, and JavaScript code to optimize the stack or generate visualization views.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data developers.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of data engineering development and visualization experience.
• 6-8 years of data warehouse experience, specifically with Snowflake.
• 6-8 years of SQL experience, preferably Snowflake SQL.
• 2-4 years of dbt experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with LookML, Tableau, or modern BI tools.
• 3-5 years of experience with Github.
• 2-3 years of experience with CI/CD tools for the modern data stack.
• 2+ years of Python development.

Preferred Skills

• Emphasis in Data Engineering.
• Semantic layer experience.
• HTML and JavaScript experience as it relates to Looker.
