Description

You will provide data-driven insights and operational performance tracking to support strategic projects and company-wide programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects to provide recommendations for Central Operations and cross-functional partners.
• Build dashboards and automated reports using data visualization and querying tools.
• Own data tables and technical implementations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Maintain documentation associated with datasets and strive for 100% data accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and systems teams to achieve operational objectives.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with data in a business setting, including data management, reporting, or analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analysis.
• Experience with Python.
• Working knowledge of Java, Scala, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Experience with distributed data systems such as Spark, Presto, Airflow, Pig, or Hive.
• BS degree in a quantitative discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience manipulating massive-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to communicate insights and present findings to Senior Executives.
