You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams by translating requirements into actionable specifications.

Responsibilities

• Capture and refine functional, non-functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical design requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to support application testing, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Document application processes, procedures, workflows, and impact assessments for system modifications.
• Ensure all application changes comply with banking standards and policies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business or data analysis and requirement translation.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing stories within Jira.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture.
• Proven ability to build and deploy enterprise applications.
• Advanced technical diagramming and documentation skills.
• Experience working in matrix environments with minimal supervision.
• Ability to articulate complex findings and present solutions to functional partners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data ecosystems including Hadoop, Hive, PySpark, HBase, and Sqoop.
