You own the translation of business needs into technical data solutions. You bridge the gap between product stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver measurable performance improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and data requirements from stakeholders, product owners, and data engineers.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support end-to-end data solution design, including pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting.
• Validate requirements through proof-of-concept support and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop technical documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in data or IT environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with business process analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and data concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong technical and functional writing skills with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or Databricks.
• Support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting data-related issues.
