Description

You bridge business leadership and technical teams to optimize data processes and reporting. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify process improvement opportunities by working directly with executives and business leaders.
• Structure large datasets to extract usable information and establish KPIs for business decision effectiveness.
• Create reports, presentations, and data visualizations using graphs and infographics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts and technology teams to collect, process, and analyze data.
• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs using Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst.
• Advanced MS SQL skills.
• Experience with Snowflake and Data Warehouse development.
• Proficiency with Agile, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience using Jira for backlog management.
• Familiarity with Product Owner roles and concepts.
• Proven experience working directly with both technology teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the healthcare domain.
