Description

You will drive the implementation and adoption of the Data Catalog, ensuring alignment with Data Governance rules and processes. You translate business needs into structured requirements and facilitate workshops to bridge technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect and formalize user needs for Data Catalog implementation and adoption.
• Define functional requirements and user stories for catalog projects.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with business users, Data Owners, and Data Stewards.
• Support functional testing and validation to ensure quality deliverables.
• Drive catalog adoption through change management and communication efforts.

Required Skills

• Data Governance and Data Catalog principles.
• Hands-on experience with the Collibra platform.
• Metadata Management and Data Modeling.
• Requirements Analysis and Business Analysis.
• Strong documentation, information synthesis, and glossary usage skills.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in change management, training session preparation, and delivery.
• Cross-functional team collaboration and business stakeholder engagement.
