Description

Drive the implementation and adoption of the Data Catalog, ensuring alignment with Data Governance rules and processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collect and formalize user needs for Data Catalog implementation and adoption.
• Define functional requirements and user stories for catalog projects.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with business users, Data Owners, and Data Stewards.
• Support functional testing and validation to ensure quality deliverables.
• Drive catalog adoption through change management and communication efforts.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with the Collibra platform.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Catalog principles.
• Experience with Metadata Management and Data Modeling.
• Requirements Analysis and Business Analysis capabilities.
• Strong documentation, information synthesis, and glossary usage skills.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in change management, training session preparation, and delivery.
• Cross-functional team collaboration and business stakeholder engagement.
