Description

Design and implement data models, ontologies, and taxonomies to represent domain knowledge within graph database implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain graph databases using Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or Apache Jena.
• Extract and process semantic information from text using NLP techniques.
• Integrate knowledge graphs with external systems via RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Write and optimize complex queries using Cypher to manipulate graph data.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall professional experience.
• 3-5 years expertise in designing data models, ontologies, and taxonomies.
• 7-8 years advanced understanding of NLP techniques for semantic information extraction.
• 2-3 years proficiency in Cypher query language for Neo4j.
• Experience with graph databases including Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or Apache Jena.
• 1-2 years programming skills in Python or Scala for data processing.
• 1-2 years experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
