Description

You will maintain and support critical data center infrastructure, hardware environments, and facility systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage APC DCE/ITA or Vertiv Sitescan environments and servers.
• Monitor HVAC, UPS, ATS, and generator functions and alarming.
• Utilize incident ticketing and change management applications to track work.
• Inventory and document data center assets and items.
• Identify deficiencies in data center guidelines and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center facilities or technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with APC DCE/ITA or Vertiv Sitescan.
• Practical understanding of HVAC, UPS, ATS, and generator systems.
• Proficiency with Nutanix, HP, VMware, and Cisco Switches.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying and improving data center guidelines and best practices.
