Description

You will manage physical infrastructure and hardware operations within the Atlanta data center.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, cable, and configure servers, networking, and storage equipment.
• Triage, debug, and repair or replace failed hardware components to maintain uptime.
• Define and upgrade data center standards and operational processes.
• Manage rack layouts, power distribution, and physical access security systems.
• Utilize ticketing systems, DCIM tools, and monitoring systems for daily operations.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience operating in a data center environment.
• Hands-on experience with server, network, and storage device configuration.
• Proficiency in rack and power management.
• Administrative knowledge of Windows Servers, Linux, and Apple/iOS platforms.
• Experience with automation software and scripting.
• Competency with wiremaps, spreadsheets, and physical access security systems.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant degree or certification in data center operations or IT infrastructure.
