Manage and optimize critical data center infrastructure and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor and plan for capacity growth to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Resolve infrastructure issues and perform performance tuning for systems.
• Implement disaster recovery strategies and backup systems.
• Automate data center operations using PowerShell or Ansible.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in data center solutions.
• Expertise in server, storage, and network technologies.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper-V.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Scripting skills for infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Any Graduate degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud platform certifications in AWS or Azure.
• VMware or Hyper-V certifications.
