Description

Manage physical infrastructure within enterprise data center environments, owning the build, maintenance, and documentation of racks, cabinets, and patch panels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage power infrastructure implementation and power management for cabinets and racks.
• Install and troubleshoot cross connects using fiber, coax, and UTP.
• Support the health, performance, and availability of environments to resolve system or client experience impacts.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all infrastructure components and asset management.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience supporting multiple Enterprise Data Centers.
• 2-3 years of experience providing Layer 1 design and implementation services.
• Working knowledge of fiber optic, multi-pair copper, and coax backbone cabling.
• Working knowledge of patch panel infrastructure including fiber optic, coax, and copper.
• Experience with power management and rack/cabinet power implementation.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot fiber and UTP cross connects.
• Knowledge of Cisco IOS and NXOS.
• Knowledge of DNS and DHCP.

• Any Graduate degree.
