Description

Manage and maintain hardware infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices. Plan and execute datacenter migrations while coordinating with stakeholders to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and support OpenShift environments. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations. Document configurations and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hardware infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Plan and execute datacenter migrations, documenting processes to ensure risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and support OpenShift environments.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Center Engineer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with hardware management, specifically servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Proven experience planning and executing datacenter migrations.
• Proficiency working with OpenShift.
• Experience with system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industry-standard security practices and compliance requirements.
