Description

You will maintain data center infrastructure through on-site hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment, servers, and security devices.
• Execute physical maintenance including rack and stack operations, equipment labeling, and cable management.
• Replace faulty components such as hard drives, power supplies, and network cards.
• Manage asset inventory by tracking serial numbers and maintaining spare parts.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in data center or IT infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and database environments.
• Hands-on experience with server and network equipment installation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and connectivity issues.
• Experience with fiber optic connections and network cabling.
• Ability to perform physical hardware replacements and component maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification and strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Understanding of data center technologies and security risks.
