Description

You own onsite data center operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and manage shift turnover for critical systems.
• Execute user stories for system installs, data room moves, and decommissions.
• Validate requirements with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
• Evaluate team documentation to drive process improvements.
• Lead demos and support onboarding for new engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years deploying and maintaining complex data center environments.
• Deep understanding of OSI Model Layer 1 infrastructure and structured cabling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and system automation.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/SAN, firewalls, and server/storage hardware.
• Familiarity with Unix-based systems.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and external vendors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Data center or networking industry certifications.
• Experience with capacity and inventory planning.
