Description

You will provide onsite technical support and hardware management within a data center environment in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware-related problems and manage the deployment and decommissioning of physical assets.
• Execute data center services including rack, stack, and touch services.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware issues and manage follow-ups through to resolution.
• Support application layers hosted on Linux/Unix platforms and assist with data center migrations.
• Monitor system health using Nagios, Splunk, and AppDynamics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center services and server configurations.
• L2 knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization and hypervisors, specifically ESXi and AHV.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Experience managing Linux/Unix hosted application layers.
• Strong vendor management and customer communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Nagios for system monitoring.
