Description

You will manage hands-on data center support and global operations, coordinating with partners to ensure maintenance completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Hands and Feet (H&F) partners to ensure all maintenance is completed.
• Provide hands-on data center support for hardware and infrastructure.
• Handle incidents and service requests while adhering to contractual SLAs.
• Manage 24x7 global data center operations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in managing 24x7 global data center operations.
• Experience handling incidents and service requests within SLA frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance tasks with third-party partners.
• Any graduate degree.
