Description

You will lead datacenter operations and manage IT infrastructure for the New Delhi facility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end datacenter operations and IT infrastructure.
• Lead technical projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Troubleshoot complex networking, storage, and virtualization issues.
• Implement and maintain ITIL processes and datacenter management best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in datacenter operations and IT infrastructure management.
• B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Hands-on networking experience with routing, switching, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
• Storage expertise including SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, and iSCSI (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE).
• Backup management using Veeam, Commvault, or Veritas.
• Virtualization proficiency with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, DRS, and HA.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM).

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as VMware VCP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or Cisco CCNP/CCIE.
