Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable data center network infrastructure supporting critical operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable LAN, WAN, and storage networking architectures aligned with business growth.
• Lead deployment of network hardware including switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and capacity to identify bottlenecks and resolve complex connectivity issues.
• Implement security measures and disaster recovery plans ensuring PCI-DSS and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with cloud and security engineers to integrate cloud, virtualization, and on-premises environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on data center design and architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud networking.
• Proficiency with network virtualization technologies such as VXLAN and SDN.
• Experience managing Cisco Nexus, VMware NSX, or HPE technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• CCNP certification or equivalent professional networking credentials.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools including Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of storage networking and SAN/NAS architectures.
• Experience configuring load balancers such as F5 or Citrix ADC.
