You manage the physical and operational integrity of AI compute infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for power systems, mechanical/electrical infrastructure, HVAC, liquid cooling, and water treatment plants.
• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of NVIDIA B300 GPU clusters on Dell PowerEdge servers.
• Implement advanced monitoring systems and lead incident response for power, cooling, and compute resource failures.
• Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, managing service agreements and procurement for Dell, NVIDIA, and other critical partners.
• Enforce physical security protocols and ensure adherence to environmental regulations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in data center operations, with 3+ years managing AI or HPC environments.
• Expertise in power systems, HVAC, liquid cooling, and mechanical/electrical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with GPU clusters (NVIDIA B300 preferred) and Dell PowerEdge hardware.
• Strong knowledge of networking, telco systems, and high-availability architectures.
• Familiarity with infrastructure orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Slurm.
• Experience managing physical security and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated vendor management and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
