Description

You will manage operational procedures and infrastructure support within the data center environment in Columbus, Ohio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement incident management procedures to ensure system stability.
• Communicate with IT support staff and users to collect and share operational environment information.
• Support infrastructure changes by following established change management policies and procedures.
• Manage the flow of hardcopy output requests to data center printers.
• Maintain technical knowledge of the computing environment to assist with daily operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computing environments.
• Experience with incident management procedures.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure management.
• Ability to work effectively with IT support staff.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing data center hardware logistics.
