Description

You will manage day-to-day datacenter operations and infrastructure tasks on-site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily datacenter operations and routine maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues to ensure uptime.
• Manage physical cabling and network infrastructure installations.
• Provide technical support for datacenter-related incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Center Operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of cabling and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience with Data Center Operations and 3D.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and technical support.
• Must be a Singapore Local, LTVP, or PR.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with ITIL processes and procedures.
• Certifications in Data Center Operations or Network Infrastructure.
