Description

You will manage the scope, schedule, and budget for technology projects within the Technology Alignment & Resilience (TAR) team, focusing on data center exit and infrastructure consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with application teams, infrastructure, security architecture, and Cloud providers to plan and deliver workstreams for data center exiting and consolidation.
• Conduct application discovery and dependency mapping.
• Plan migration and modernization efforts, coordinating refactoring.
• Remediate risks and sequence technical and business cutovers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing complex technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, or data center exit initiatives.
• Proven experience coordinating on-prem to cloud (AWS preferred) application migrations or refactoring efforts.
• IT delivery background across the entire systems development life cycle (plan, initiate, design, build, test, implement).
• Strong understanding of legacy infrastructure environments, modernization challenges, and technical debt.
• Proficiency in Project Management and AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of driving solutions in complex issues.
• Ability to manage upwards, exercise good judgment, and make decisions under pressure.
