Description

You will oversee data center operations and lead technical support teams in a field service environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily team operations and provide direct supervisory support.
• Execute server and network equipment setup and configuration.
• Maintain physical infrastructure through structured cabling of fiber and copper.
• Utilize monitoring and infrastructure management tools to maintain uptime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a data center, technical support, or field service environment.
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in structured cabling including fiber and copper.
• Hands-on experience with server and network equipment installation.
• Knowledge of DCIM platforms and infrastructure management tools.
• Exposure to ITIL service frameworks.
• Data Center operations expertise.
• Technical support background.
