Description

You will manage the 24/7/365 operation of data center facilities, ensuring the reliability of power, cooling, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain networking hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and WAPs.
• Execute day-to-day operational tasks such as MACD changes, IP address allocation, and firewall port requests.
• Perform after-hours activities, including minor version upgrades and network configuration backups.
• Troubleshoot and remediate LAN, WAN, and connectivity issues through remote monitoring and diagnosis.
• Maintain physical infrastructure including servers, storage, chillers, pumps, and cooling towers.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience providing data center network support.
• Hands-on experience managing routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proficiency with management tools such as Tufin or NetBrain.
• Ability to perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems.
• Knowledge of installing and configuring servers and storage systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance on cooling and power equipment.
• Capability to plan and execute data center migrations and upgrades.
• Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors, telco providers, and circuit providers for hardware and software support.
