Description

Install, rack, configure, and deploy server, storage, and networking hardware in data center environments while ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform structured cable management, including installation, labeling, reseating, testing, and replacement of power, network, fiber optic, and copper cabling to maintain optimal connectivity and organization.
• Execute server tray swaps, component replacements, and other hardware maintenance activities by following established operational procedures and change management processes.
• Deploy hardware in data center environments, ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational protocols.
• Maintain organized and functional cabling infrastructure to support system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Center Operations.
• Proven ability to install, rack, and configure server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Expertise in structured cabling, including fiber optic and copper cable management, testing, and replacement.
• Experience with server hardware maintenance, including tray swaps and component replacements.
• Understanding of operational and safety standards in data center environments.
• Ability to follow established operational procedures and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent technical certification.
