Description

You will manage engineering operations and critical infrastructure within the data center environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site shift technicians, senior technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work follows established procedures.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on critical infrastructure.
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on facility operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with IT managers and business leaders to manage capacity and optimize plant safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Execute risk management and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations or related field.
• Proven experience in technical support and data center operations.
• Experience managing vendors and subcontractors on-site.
• Ability to perform metric reporting and facility analysis.
• Experience with critical infrastructure maintenance.
• Background in coordinating capacity and plant performance optimization.
