Description

You will maintain and repair Dell hardware at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install Dell products based on direction from Dell Support and Domain Engineers.
• Execute plans of action including reseating, swapping, or replacing hardware components.
• Perform server testing and validation by running diagnostics and capturing logs.
• Upgrade firmware and document all results, logs, and service reports.
• Manage parts inventory, including inbound/outbound logistics, locker management, and returns to Dell.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data center or hardware technical roles.
• Experience with server hardware diagnostics and log capture.
• Ability to perform component-level replacements and hardware swaps.
• Proficiency in documenting technical service reports and part numbers.
• Experience managing spare parts inventory and logistics.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills

• Technical certification or Associate Degree.
