Description

You will support physical infrastructure and operating system deployments within the data center.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems including Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues using logical resolution methods.
• Manage and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment in racks.
• Apply advanced cabling knowledge, including port mapping and cable type differentiation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations or technical support.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware issues logically.
• Understanding of various cable types and port mapping.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
