Description

You will troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and basic network issues; perform physical repairs using testing rigs and diagnostic tools.
• Record test results in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Receive, track, and transport parts; load and unload shipments between locations.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and collaborate with technical staff.
• Follow established SOPs and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with server and computer hardware components.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP.
• Basic Linux/Unix command line familiarity.
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs.
• Experience with ticketing and documentation systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or similar certifications.
• Understanding of cooling systems and power distribution.
