Description

You will provide on-site physical deployment support and hardware maintenance within the data center.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Rack, stack, and cable servers, power distribution units, and switches under engineer guidance.
• Replace server components including CPUs, RAM, drives, and boards.
• Manage RMA processes, including submitting requests to manufacturers and handling shipping and receiving for vendors.
• Resolve assigned tickets and work requests by performing hardware diagnosis and repairs within SLAs.
• Track and monitor data center hardware and component inventory for asset management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of Linux OS.
• Experience with CPU and RAM hardware.
• Ability to logically analyze and solve technical problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with driving.
• Any Graduate degree.
