Description

You will manage physical infrastructure and hardware lifecycle operations within the data center environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components including servers, routers, and switches.
• Execute equipment moves, rack and stack, and PDU installations.
• Perform cable management, including running, organizing, and labeling network cables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues and network debugging from Layer 1 to Layer 3.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center hardware environments.
• Hands-on experience with server, router, and switch installation and upgrades.
• Proficiency in upgrading IOS, OS, and ESXi.
• Experience with Managed Power Distribution Units (mPDUs).
• Ability to replicate or build configurations based on customer requirements.
• Proven track record in hardware maintenance, repairs, and break-fix tasks.
• Strong skills in inventory labeling and asset management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with intra and inter-lab equipment and rack moves.
• Maintain lab cleanliness, safety, and perform basic testbed support.
