Description

You troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, test components, and perform repairs using testing rigs and diagnostic tools.
• Record test results in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and track inventory.
• Diagnose hardware and basic network issues; perform physical repairs and root cause analysis.
• Load and unload shipments, transporting parts between locations.
• Collaborate with technical staff and follow established SOPs.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with server and computer hardware components.
• 1+ years of basic networking knowledge, specifically TCP/IP.
• Basic Linux/Unix command line familiarity.
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs.
• Experience with ticketing and documentation systems.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Understanding of cooling systems and power distribution.
