Description

You will troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, test components, and perform repairs using testing rigs and diagnostic tools.
• Record test results in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Receive, track, and load/unload shipments, transporting parts between locations as needed.
• Diagnose hardware and basic network issues, performing physical repairs and root cause analysis on failures.
• Collaborate with technical staff, participate in team meetings, and follow established SOPs for safety and compliance.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with server and computer hardware components.
• 1+ years of basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs using diagnostic tools.
• Basic Linux/Unix command line familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Any Graduate accepted).
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Experience with cooling systems and power distribution.
