What's the Job?

• Serve as a primary resolver for hardware infrastructure issues within the data center environment.
• Perform hardware replacements, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Support and share knowledge of server hardware, networking, and storage devices with team members.
• Follow security protocols, including metal detection screening, and adhere to safety standards.
• Document work activities and manage priorities through a ticketing system to meet operational goals.

What's Needed?

• US Citizen is required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Networking knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP (2+ years).
• Experience with server hardware and Linux operating systems (2+ years).
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
