Description

Resolve hardware infrastructure issues within the data center environment, performing replacements, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair server hardware, networking, and storage devices.
• Document work activities and manage priorities through a ticketing system.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge of server hardware and Linux systems.
• Adhere to security protocols, including metal detection screening, and safety standards.

Required Skills

• US Citizenship is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of experience with networking concepts and TCP/IP.
• 2+ years of experience with server hardware and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to perform physical hardware replacements and repairs.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing priorities in a high-availability data center setting.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
