Description

You will provide onsite technical support and deployment services for data center hardware and electro-mechanical systems in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver installation, startup, and commissioning support for system deployment projects.
• Perform fault isolation on electro-mechanical systems and identify necessary parts to resolve equipment failures.
• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service requests within established SLAs.
• Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation within the CRM/Case Management System.
• Contribute to the development of service bulletins, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in field service or a similar technical support role.
• Hands-on experience with Data Center environments.
• Proficiency using CRM or Case Management Systems for reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and isolate faults in electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience providing technical training to customers or field personnel.
• Strong documentation skills for creating knowledge articles and process improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree from a technical school with a certificate in an IT Hardware-related discipline.
