Description

You will manage physical infrastructure and hardware lifecycle tasks within a data center environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and troubleshoot IT equipment and hardware failures.
• Perform device configurations and operating system loads.
• Execute cable installation, planning, disconnection, and troubleshooting.
• Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and media administration activities, including audits.
• Support internal and external audits and provide vendor/customer escorts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of data center experience.
• Hands and eyes services expertise.
• IT equipment installation and configuration.
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Inventory management and tracking.
• Physical media administration and auditing.
• Structured cabling installation and planning.
• Documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or any graduate level education.
