Description

You will be part of the Operations team responsible for maintaining and supporting data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installation, hardware break-fix, and troubleshoot network issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal customers and external service partners.
• Meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets as the first line point of contact for technical issues.
• Perform on-call duties, supporting scheduled maintenance and change management activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation via root cause analysis for operational issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Data Center Operations.
• Proficiency with Linux and AWS environments.
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Experience in Network Engineering and hardware break-fix.
• Knowledge of Data Center Operations procedures, including safety and security.
• Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 20kg and work in confined spaces.
• Familiarity with change management and root cause analysis.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shift rotation.
