Description

You will maintain and support the physical and operational integrity of the data center infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center infrastructure as part of the Operations team.
• Perform server rack installation and hardware break-fix on various components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and support data center equipment.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal customers and external vendors.
• Document root cause analysis for operational issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Center Operations.
• Proficiency in Hardware Troubleshooting and Hardware Break-fix.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Experience with Network Troubleshooting.
• Proven ability in Server Installation.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Experience performing routine hardware operations (rack install, decommission).
