Maintain cloud computing server hardware infrastructure and resolve technical issues in New Albany, OH.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve server and network hardware issues through root cause analysis.
• Perform command line diagnostics on computers, servers, and network devices.
• Maintain hardware infrastructure for cloud computing server technologies.
• Manage multiple critical priorities in time-sensitive situations.
• Operate independently or within a team to meet technical objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on Computer Hardware experience.
• 1+ years of Computer Networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux Operating Systems experience.
• Proficiency with Linux command line diagnostics.
• Hardware troubleshooting and desktop support skills.
• CompTIA certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in elevated locations.
• Bachelor's degree.
