Description

You manage physical infrastructure and hardware maintenance within a data center environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute rack and stack operations, including racking servers and installing RAM.
• Manage data center planning for cable management, air-flow, electrical capacity, and cabinet layout.
• Perform cabling, network, and server equipment moves, including network fiber uplinks.
• Monitor HVAC equipment and levels to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain SAN network cable runs and document power and space schematics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience providing technical support in an IT Data Center environment.
• Proven experience with racking, stacking, and cabling servers.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Dell and Windows servers.
• Direct experience managing network fiber uplinks.
• Experience monitoring and managing HVAC equipment.
• Ability to maintain and document accurate power and space schematics.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
