Description

You will manage critical data center infrastructure and facility operations in Plano, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage APC DCE/ITA or Vertiv Sitescan environments and servers.
• Monitor and respond to HVAC, UPS, ATS, and generator functions and alarms.
• Perform inventory tracking and documentation of data center items.
• Utilize incident ticketing and change management applications to track work.
• Follow data center guidelines and best practices to identify operational deficiencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center environments.
• Experience managing APC DCE/ITA or Vertiv Sitescan.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, UPS, ATS, and generator systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with infrequent overtime and occasional evening, weekend, or travel requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Nutanix, HP, VMWare, and Cisco Switches.
• Experience overseeing vendor implementation of electrical, environmental, and mechanical equipment.
