Description

You will maintain and support data center infrastructure, handling hardware repairs and network troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware break/fix tasks within the data center.
• Manage and maintain fiber optic cabling infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues using CLI and standard networking protocols.
• Apply OSI model knowledge to diagnose and resolve system problems.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of dedicated Data Center experience.
• 4+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics and cabling.
• Proficiency with CLI operations for device management.
• Understanding of IP networking concepts and the OSI model.

Preferred Skills

• Basic scripting in Bash or Python.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as BGP, STP, VRRP, and LACP.
