Description

You will support enterprise-level data center operations and infrastructure maintenance in San Antonio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and migrate IT hardware, cabling, power distribution, and ancillary components.
• Maintain and upgrade systems by modifying infrastructure components.
• Diagnose, repair, or replace hardware and escort vendors during remediation activities.
• Decommission legacy hardware and manage required reconciliation processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience working in a data center environment.
• Experience with IT hardware installation and cabling.
• Ability to manage power distribution and hardware remediation.
• Ownership of an operational and reliable personal vehicle for site needs.
• CompTIA Network+, A+, or Server+ certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Knowledge of facilities infrastructure including HVAC systems, Power Distribution Units, and UPS Systems.
